Have you ever bought something and didn’t realize how hard the installation would be? One of our customers did. They called us after buying a winch to lift heavy bags of coffee (~150 pounds) inside the factory. The instructions were not clear on how the winch would attach to the ceiling structure. We solved the problem by using going into the attic and using the structural supports we found there to securely mount the winch and make it production ready.
